Job Description:
HR Administrator (Spanish Bilingual) - Laguna Hills, CA We are actively seeking a full-time HR Administrator for our client based in Laguna Hills. This opportunity offers competitive benefits and long-term career stability.
Responsibilities:
Manage leave of absence administration for clients, providing expert guidance on federal and state regulations Work with clients to interpret policy and assist in providing compliance guidance Draft and review clients' employee handbooks for compliance Develop clients' job descriptions Draft offer letters, new hire packages and conduct new hire onboarding sessions for clients' employees Draft exit packages and conduct exit meetings for clients' employees Work with virtual file systems, such as Point Perform Form I-9 audits Audit employee files and bring them into compliance Translate documents between
English and Spanish Qualifications:
Must be fluent in Spanish (verbal & written) 2-5 years of HR experience Reliable vehicle with ability to travel to local clients as needed High level of proficiency with email, Excel, Word, & Outlook required Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all employee levels in an organization Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills with proven ability to work independently Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality Strong organization skills, detail-oriented with consistent follow up a must Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks without direction Be proactive, and follow through with projects Take an active role in the day-to-day office operations - not afraid to get your hands dirty Be a positive team player!
