46 Human Resources Assistant needs 2+ years' HR experience Human Resources Assistant requires:
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish
  • HR assisting
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to be proactive, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to build positive working relationships and establish a high level of trust and credibility
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking
  • Human Resources Assistant duties:
  • Provides operational and administrative support to the HR department
  • Initial point of contact and resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures, providing a high level of service to all areas of the business
  • Provides support for annual HR processes
  • Collaborate with HR professionals and contribute to projects that support the execution of HR programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to managers and employees.
  • Identify trends in employee issues, seek out and recommend process improvements, and implement new procedures as appropriate.
  • Help ensure compliance with all federal and state labor law requirements through support of corporate HR compliance efforts.
