This role is a strong fit for an HR professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who enjoys a fast-paced, operations-focused environment and wants to contribute to a modern, process-driven HR function. The Human Resources Coordinator will support day-to-day HR administration, recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee records, HR systems, compliance, benefits, and payroll coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable manufacturing environment where HR plays an important role in supporting employees, leadership, and operational success. Key Responsibilities Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, employee records management, compliance tracking, and HR documentation. Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and applicant tracking system updates. Maintain HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, onboarding platforms, and related employee data tools. Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, HR reporting, and employee inquiries. Partner with leadership on employee engagement initiatives, process improvements, and HR projects. Support compliance with HR policies, procedures, and California labor law requirements.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation:
$60,000 to $65,000 annually. Benefits are included.
