- Support HR administration, compliance tracking, employee documentation, and related personnel processes.
- Assist with workplace injury procedures, including incident documentation, workers' compensation coordination, and follow-up.
- Track company licenses, permits, and certifications to ensure renewals are completed before expiration.
- Provide bilingual support in Spanish or Mandarin for employees, managers, and administrative communications.
- Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, filing, reporting, and general office administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized records and help ensure HR and compliance documents are accurate, complete, and accessible. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year.

Location:
Los Angeles, CA. Required Qualifications and Skills- Support HR administration, compliance documentation, and employee recordkeeping.
- Coordinate workplace injury procedures and workers' compensation documentation.
- Track company licenses, permits, and certifications for timely renewal.
- Assist with bookkeeping and general administrative office support.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is required.
- 1 to 2 years of HR, administrative, compliance, or related office experience preferred.
- HR degree with light experience will be considered for candidates who are motivated to grow in Human Resources.
- Familiarity with workplace injury reporting procedures and workers' compensation coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track deadlines, renewals, documents, and follow-up items.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and comfortable supporting both HR and administrative functions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work professionally with employees, managers, and external contacts. Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, warehouse, production, or similar operational environment.
- Exposure to HR compliance, employee relations support, safety documentation, or workers' compensation claims.
- Experience maintaining licenses, permits, certifications, audits, or regulatory documentation.
- Basic bookkeeping, invoice support, accounting data entry, or office finance support experience.
