Maintains all filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining training and competency records, processing ID badges, ensures the availability of HR forms/paperwork Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews Helps support the onboarding process Assists with delivery of payroll checks and answering any questions regarding deductions/garnishments. Strict adherence to safety and other company regulations. Maintains current understanding of new/existing laws/regulations that affect the human resources profession and relays that information to management. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong writing and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities Capable of dealing with confidential and sensitive issues Always behaves professionally and actively supports all management policies, programs and procedures. Full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related major. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $20.75 to $25.75 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 0 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan. This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
