NewGen Administrative Services partners with healthcare facilities to deliver compassionate, person‑centered care. We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to own the candidate experience from interview to onboarding—ensuring every new hire starts their journey feeling welcomed, prepared, and supported. What you'll do: Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers. Prepare and send offer letters, verifying all details (names, titles, pay rates, hiring managers) before submission. Initiate and review background checks and onboarding tasks and escalate when necessary. Complete I-9 verification accurately and within required timeframes. Assign and track company equipment and user access data, maintaining accurate records. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process, including communication, orientation, and follow-up. Create, maintain, and audit data in the HR databases, ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date. Create and maintain compliant personnel files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Monitor the HR inbox and route or respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Process HR mail and route inquiries in a timely manner. Assist with terminations as directed, following all established processes. Collaborate within the department and across other departments to support HR operations. Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

Must have: 1-2 years of recruitment or HR support experience Must have: Hands‑on experience with HRIS and/or ATS systems Must have: Introductory knowledge of recruiting and HR processes, with strong attention to detail Nice to have: Bachelor's degree Nice to have: Long‑term care or healthcare experience Who we are.
