Job Description

A growing hospitality management group in Oceanside is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in people-focused environments and wants to continue building a career within Human Resources. The HR team is looking for someone highly organized, approachable, and capable of balancing administrative responsibilities with employee support in a fast-paced operational setting. The ideal candidate understands the importance of professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness while supporting both employees and leadership teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & OnboardingCoordinate interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding logisticsAssist with posting job openings across multiple recruiting platformsPrepare onboarding paperwork and support new hire orientation processesConduct background checks, employment verification, and onboarding follow-upMaintain applicant tracking system records and recruiting documentationEmployee Support & HR AdministrationServe as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR proceduresMaintain employee files, HR documentation, and compliance recordsAssist with leave tracking, payroll coordination, and employee status updatesSupport employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and internal HR eventsCoordinate HR meetings, scheduling, and communication effortsCompliance & ReportingEnsure accurate recordkeeping and confidentiality of employee informationAssist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance-related projectsSupport adherence to California labor laws and company policies
