Accounting Administrative Assistant, Ecommerce, Sales, HR shivnet inc Ontario, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $23 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Customer returns handling E-commerce Administrative experience QuickBooks Recruiting Office management Full Job Description Experience with e-commerce or online marketplaces is a strong plus. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding balances Bank and credit card reconciliations Assist with vendor payments and vendor account management Experience with QuickBooks Online is strongly preferred Ecommerce settlement experience a plus Administrative & Office Support Handle general administrative and office responsibilities Communicate with vendors, customers, employees, and business partners Assist management with day-to-day operational tasks and follow-up Help improve administrative procedures and internal organization Human Resources Support Maintain employee files and HR documentation Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees Track attendance, time-off requests, and other employee records Assist management with recruiting, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Help ensure company policies and procedures are properly documented and followed Sales & Customer Support Order management Communicate with existing and prospective customers Help prepare pricing, proposals, and sales-related documentation Follow up on leads and open opportunities Maintain customer information and sales records Assist with resolving customer questions and order-related issues E-Commerce Operations E-commerce experience is a plus but not required. Depending on experience, responsibilities may include: Assisting with online marketplace operations Reviewing and managing customer orders Helping maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory information Assisting with marketplace customer service and returns Working with platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces Reviewing marketplace reports and identifying issues requiring attention Supporting day-to-day e-commerce operational activities Qualifications Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, office administration, or a similar position Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and employees Ability to handle confidential business and employee information Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize work Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable learning new software and business processes Sales or customer service experience is a plus HR or recruiting experience is a plus E-commerce and online marketplace experience is a strong plus Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is more than just a bookkeeper.
