Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Position Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish HR Clerk to provide administrative support to the HR department and assist employees with HR-related questions and processes. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and confidential employee HR files and records. Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department. Answer routine employee and applicant questions regarding policies, benefits, hiring, and HR procedures. Conduct periodic audits of HR files to ensure documentation is complete. Assist with payroll processing, employee questions, and timecard corrections. Maintain daily time and attendance records and employee calendars. Assist with benefits administration and communicate with benefit providers and vendors. Support recruiting, Workers' Compensation, safety programs, benefits enrollment, and employee events as needed. Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and confidentiality. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required. 1-3 years of HR or related administrative experience preferred. Fluent in Spanish; able to read, write, and speak Spanish. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Ability to learn HRIS and payroll systems quickly. ADP experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
