Full Job Description About Us:
American Eastern Grace LLC is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider focused on delivering efficient, reliable, and scalable supply chain solutions. We partner with a diverse range of clients and pride ourselves on operational excellence, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR / Administrative Coordinator to support daily HR functions and general office operations within our warehouse environment. This role will handle employee onboarding, recordkeeping, and administrative support while helping maintain a positive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Duties:
Assist with recruiting efforts (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews) Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation Maintain employee records and HR databases Track attendance, timekeeping, and payroll support Support employee relations and respond to basic HR inquiries Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Administrative Duties:
Provide general office support (filing, data entry, document management) Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications Manage office supplies and vendor orders Assist warehouse leadership with reporting and documentation Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred 1-3 years of HR, administrative, or office support experience Experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment is a plus Familiarity with HR systems and timekeeping software Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Mandarin speaking preferred
