Job Description

The firm is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Operations Coordinator for our Bay Area offices. This role is responsible for various tasks within the HR Operations team including, but not limited to, employee onboarding and offboarding, auditing and entering HR data, and internal mobility documentation. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. This position is available as a hybrid work arrangement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the HR Operations team with various tasks and projects. Act as point of contact for various HR requests and regularly monitor the HR mailbox. Monitor and respond to Workday Help Workspace inquiries. Perform Workday data entry for personnel actions including, but not limited to, promotions, status changes and related employment matters. Draft memos and documentation relating to personnel actions including, but not limited to location transfers, promotions, and departures. Conduct onboarding and offboarding tasks, including but not limited to weekly new hire orientations, I-9 verifications, E-Verify processes, and sending out departure emails. Perform regular audits on new hire data entry within the Firm's HRIS. Assist with processing verifications of employment. Check and distribute Human Resources-related mail to appropriate teams. Assist with processing payroll advances. Process invoices for payment. May assist with preparation of HR reports such as new hire and turnover reports. Provide back-up support to other members of the HR Operations team as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Maintain compliance with all firm policies and procedures. Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of previous human resources experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Experience with Workday preferred. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must possess strong time management skills and be able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently as needed and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. The primary location for this job posting is in Palo Alto, but other locations may be listed. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows:

$29.83 - $40.36 per hour. The compensation for this position may include overtime and a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance.
