Our well-established California construction company is seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Administrative Support Specialist to join our collaborative, in?office team. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys supporting both daily operations and executive-level leadership. Qualifications Strong communication skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and clients, including clear written and verbal communication. Accounting and accounts payable experience, including invoice processing, basic bookkeeping, and reconciliation of records. Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, email tools) and the ability to learn company-specific systems. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a construction, environmental services, or similar industry office is beneficial.
