JOB SUMMARY
The Operations and HR Support Liaison plays a key role in supporting both the operational efficiency and employee relations functions at SWA. This bilingual position (English and Spanish required) serves as a vital link between management, production, and team members, ensuring clear communication and consistent support across all levels of the organization. Responsibilities include assisting with incident reporting, facilitating conflict resolution, supporting employee training, and providing administrative and HR-related assistance to enhance team engagement and operational performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DAILY TASKS
Operations Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to production and operations management.
  • Support logistics, scheduling, and documentation related to production or service activities. Employee Relations & HR Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for team members regarding workplace or HR-related concerns.
  • Assist in documenting and processing incident reports , attendance, and performance matters.
  • Provide conflict resolution support by facilitating communication between employees and management.
  • Help coordinate and translate employee training programs, orientations, and safety briefings .
  • Ensure all HR documentation and forms are accurately maintained and compliant with company standards.
  • Support HR in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Support HR in translating needs with employees. Communication & Liaison Duties
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure consistent communication and understanding.
  • Translate verbal and written materials (English ↔ Spanish) as needed to support clarity across the workforce.
  • Assist with drafting and distributing company announcements, training materials, and notices in both languages.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) required — both written and verbal. 2. 2+ years of experience in operations support, HR coordination, or a similar administrative role. 3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 4. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems preferred. 6. Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, work near ventilated and exhaust equipped soldering stations and some solvents and chemicals. Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
