compliance across every work zone. Role Overview We are seeking a full-time dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist/HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while supporting the office. Responsibilities Professionally answer and route incoming phone calls using a multi-line system Accurately gather information from callers and efficiently communicate details to appropriate staff Professionally greet visitors, candidates, and employees, ensuring a positive first impression Maintain strict confidentiality of company, employee, and HR-related information Provide administrative and Human Resources support, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management Assist the Human Resources department with onboarding tasks, new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and maintaining personnel files Support HR processes such as interview scheduling, background checks coordination, and employee communications Coordinate and help manage company and employee-related events, meetings, and trainings Schedule appointments and manage calendars for leadership and HR as needed Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries for various departments Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed Organize and maintain the cleanliness of conference rooms, common areas and breakroom Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, escalating HR-related matters appropriately Perform other administrative or HR-related duties as assigned Qualifications Self-motivated with strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or Human Resources support role preferred Experience working in a high call volume, multi-line phone environment Strong customer service background with exceptional phone and in-person etiquette Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities High attention to detail, especially when handling confidential and employee-related information Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Spanish-speaking a plus Airtable experience a plus HRIS experience a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Customer service-oriented with a team-player mindset Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box Excellent time management skills Work Environment Office-based with occasional errands as needed Fast-paced environment requiring organization, adaptability, and teamwork.Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
