Full Job Description Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support for daily HR operations and administration, serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, and help maintain our HR system.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and programs. Handle employee relations issues by providing support in conflict management and addressing workplace concerns Support HR projects and initiatives such as training coordination Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, warnings, and policy updates Assist with affirmative action planning, succession planning, and compliance with OSHA regulations as needed. Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bilingual English/Spanish Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
