$22

•$26 per hour

Schedule:

Monday availability is required, with a two-day-per-week schedule of either 8am

•4pm.or 9am

•5pm. Tuesday is preferred, but another weekday may be considered.

Position:

As a Part-Time Administrator, you will provide administrative and operational support to our Corporate team, focusing on payroll reporting, program administration, financial documentation, and maintaining accurate company records. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and discretion, as you will have access to confidential and sensitive information. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, comfortable working with spreadsheets and reports, and able to meet time-sensitive deadlines consistently.

Position:

As an administrative assistant, you will get to greet and help customers and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for the smooth running of our parking lot, ensuring that vehicles are parked correctly and safely, and providing excellent customer service to all patrons. Accountability Oversee the administration of the Digital Tipping system and Employee Referral programs. Review payroll information and reports for accuracy and completeness. Prepare and provide monthly financial statements to company executives. Process and assist with KTech invoices as needed. Review and update contracts and related documentation. Maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical files. Perform general administrative duties and provide support to the Corporate team as needed. Communicate clearly and professionally with Corporate team members and field operations. Provide accurate information and follow up on payroll, reporting, and administrative requests. Communicate potential discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate team members. Handle confidential and sensitive employee and company information with discretion. Maintain professionalism when working with employees, managers, executives, and other internal partners. Support fellow team members and assist with administrative projects and tasks as needed. Work collaboratively with Corporate and field teams to ensure information is accurate and deadlines are met. Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive workplace environment. Be willing to assist with a variety of administrative responsibilities based on business needs. Provide timely and dependable administrative support to internal teams. Respond to requests with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion. Maintain a high standard of accuracy when handling payroll, financial, and employee-related information. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within established deadlines. Support accurate and timely processing of invoices, reports, and other financial documentation. Help maintain organized systems and processes that promote operational efficiency.
