This role requires great patience and carefulness to ensure standardized, orderly and accurate HR daily operations, and cooperate with the team to complete daily HR management and service work. Responsibilities Assist in daily HR administration, including employee entry, exit, transfer and attendance management, follow company HR rules and standard processes. Responsible for sorting, updating and archiving employee files, personnel documents and HR records, ensuring complete and traceable data. Handle daily Chinese and English HR documents and simple bilingual communication, sort and standardize HR related materials. Assist in recruitment coordination, including resume screening, interview arrangement, candidate follow‑up and recruitment data statistics. Assist in employee onboarding training, employee relationship maintenance and daily HR welfare and administrative work. Sort and summarize daily HR data, regularly feedback work progress and personnel status to supervisors. Cooperate with various departments to provide daily HR support and complete other assigned HR‑related tasks. Qualifications Basic fluent English and Mandarin bilingual skills (mandatory), able to read and sort English HR documents and conduct daily bilingual communication. College degree or above, major in Human Resources, Administration or related disciplines; fresh graduates are acceptable. Familiar with basic HR workflows and daily office management, with a steady and earnest work attitude. Proficient in Office software, skilled in Excel data sorting, statistics and form making. Extremely careful, patient, rigorous and responsible, good at communicating with people, able to steadily handle repetitive and trivial daily HR work. Relevant HR internship or working experience is preferred.
