HR / Payroll Administrator (Automotive Dealership Experience Required) Capitol Nissan & Infiniti | Full-Time | $66,000 - $80,000 DOE Capitol Nissan & Infiniti is hiring an experienced HR / Payroll Administrator with automotive dealership payroll experience to support high-volume payroll processing and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in dealership payroll, commissions, HR compliance, and employee relations . Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll for dealership employees (high-volume, multi-department) Handle dealership payroll structures , including commissions, bonuses, and adjustments Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, onboarding & offboarding Ensure compliance with federal, state, and labor laws Support HR operations , including employee relations and policy administration Assist with benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, 401k) Generate payroll reports, audits, and internal HR reporting Partner with leadership across departments in a fast-paced dealership environment Requirements 2+ years HR and Payroll experience in an automotive dealership (REQUIRED) Experience with dealership payroll systems (ADP/CDK/Paycom or similar) Strong knowledge of commission-based payroll and dealership compensation plans Understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and payroll regulations High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality Ability to manage high-volume workload and deadlines Preferred Multi-location dealership experience Strong communication, customer service, and employee support skills Compensation & Benefits $66,000 - $80,000 DOE Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Growth opportunities within a stable dealership group HR Administrator Payroll Specialist Automotive Dealership Dealership Payroll HR Generalist Payroll Processing Commissions Payroll
