Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Provide exceptional HR customer service: Welcome and assist team members with prompt, professional, and courteous service Coordinate recruitment activities: Assist with posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and to support HR department operations Support Team Member engagement initiatives: Assist with planning and coordinating recognition programs, appreciation events, celebrations, Team Member meetings, and other activities that promote a positive workplace culture Assist with training and development: Coordinate training sessions, maintain attendance records, track completion requirements, and assist with development initiatives Assist with leave administration: Provide administrative support related to leaves of absence, accommodations, and other Team Member absences while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and referring sensitive matters to HR leadership.
