Overview We're seeking an HR Intern to support talent and HR initiatives, with a focus on improving job profiles, career frameworks, and learning resources. You'll gain hands-on experience contributing to foundational work supporting employee growth, while partnering with HR team members to organize job-related data, support documentation efforts, and assist with ongoing programs including employee engagement. Ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the employee experience. The typical base pay range for this position is USD $34.50- $43.75 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Note that compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only. Responsibilities & Competencies Job Duties Support the development of a company-wide career ladder framework, helping define roles, levels, and progression pathways across functions Assist in building a competency library, including research, drafting, and organizing skills and behavioral indicators Contribute to documentation, communications, and rollout materials to support adoption Draft and edit job profile documentation, improving clarity, formatting, and consistency under guidance from HR team members Help create learning and development resources aligned to competencies and career growth (e.g., guides, toolkits, curated content) Conduct quality checks to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across materials Partner with HR team members to support key project milestones, including data collection, documentation, and updates Contribute to process documentation and capture learnings to support continuous improvements Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and organizational data Support broader HR and employee experience initiatives to gain exposure to different areas within HR Competencies Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft, edit, and refine professional documents clearly and concisely High attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing capabilities Ability to organize and structure information in a clear and consistent way Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes Qualifications (Requirements) Required Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources with interest in HR, Organizational Design and Talent Learning and Development Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Able to work independently at times and dedicate a minimum of 20 hours/week Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your employment and criminal history Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred:
