Job Overview:

The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support throughout the full‑cycle recruitment process. This role manages interview scheduling, candidate communication, data tracking, and onboarding support while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, including panel, executive, and high-volume interviews Manage complex interview calendars for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive experience Assist recruiters with candidate screening and application review Source candidates for technical and non-technical roles using job boards and social networks Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Assist with onboarding processes and related administrative support

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Recruiting or Human Resources Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus; familiarity with Greenhouse is preferred. Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills across in‑person and digital channels. Proven ability to meet or exceed defined goals and objectives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Pay within the provided range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience.
