We're focused on finding the right person first—then building the schedule around them. What Success Looks Like This role is about impact, not just tasks. You'll build a team of A-players, keep everyone aligned with our standards, and make sure our systems actually get followed. Success means strong hiring, consistent training, and a team that shows up engaged, accountable, and performing at a high level every day. You'll own recruiting and onboarding while holding the team accountable to clear training plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You'll help drive a fun, engaged culture with strong participation—while also handling real-time needs like call-outs and schedule coverage to keep the practice running smoothly.
