Human Resources (HR) Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Santa Barbara, California. Responsibilities:

• Draft clear and detail-oriented memos and correspondence for internal communication.
• Assist with basic human resources tasks, including timekeeping and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain discretion regarding sensitive information.
• Utilize software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat for daily operations.
• Support HR processes by managing personnel files and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews through virtual platforms or in-person meetings.
