Strong knowledge of childcare best practices including toddler care, babysitting, daycare experience, and working with children with disabilities. Competency in meal preparation tailored to children's nutritional needs; experience with cooking preferred. Valid first aid certification and CPR training are essential; willingness to update certifications as needed. Ability to assist with personal transportation safely using a private vehicle; clean driving record. Experience performing residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and organizing household spaces efficiently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with families and team members.
