In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing processes that help ensure we attract and retain exceptional employees across our organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys building relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The hourly range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $28
  • $30 per/hour; however, pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing (Approximately 70%) Recruit, screen, and follow up with prospective candidates to fill open positions within the Caregiving Services/Private Duty division. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through various recruiting sources and outreach efforts. Meet recruitment and hiring goals established by branch leadership. Partner closely with branch managers and staffing personnel to identify and address workforce needs. Attend job fairs, community events, and vocational school recruiting events as needed. Maintain recruiting metrics, reports, and applicant tracking documentation. Promote the organization's mission, culture, and employment opportunities to prospective candidates. Onboarding & Credentialing Support (Approximately 30%) Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities for all business units. Welcome and assist new hires through the onboarding process. Prepare new hire employment packets, welcome materials, and employee identification badges. Schedule and coordinate employee orientation programs. Verify professional licenses, certifications, references, and other required credentials. Monitor license renewals, continuing education requirements, and credential expiration dates to maintain compliance. Maintain accurate personnel files, databases, and employment records. Track employee evaluations and assist with performance review processes. Support volunteer recruitment efforts for hospice services. Employee Support & Administrative Responsibilities Serve as a resource for employee questions and direct team members to appropriate Human Resources contacts for benefits, workers' compensation, leave administration, and employee relations matters. Assist with planning and coordinating company events and employee engagement activities. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support office operations and administrative functions as needed. Participate in ongoing professional development and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Preferred One or more years of experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, healthcare administration, or a related office environment. Experience with employee onboarding, credentialing, personnel records management, or applicant tracking systems. Healthcare industry experience is a plus. Why Join Assisted?
