Job Summary SiTime is seeking a HR Coordinator to support the HR Team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering smooth, efficient, and professional interview experience for candidates and support to the HR team. You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring each step of the hiring process runs seamlessly. In addition, this role will assist with coordination activities related to an acquisition, helping ensure accurate communication, scheduling, and documentation during the integration process. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities.Responsibilities:
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews across multiple time zones Welcome onsite candidates, ensuring professional and positive interview experience Manage interview cancellations and reschedules promptly and efficiently Communicate updates to relevant parties and maintain accurate records in internal systems Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process Provide coordination and administrative support related to acquisition activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and assisting with documentation and communications as needed Partner with HR team members to support timely and organized execution of acquisition-related tasksQualifications:
2-4 years of relevant experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with reliable follow-through Clear and professional communication skills Effective time management and ability to handle multiple priorities Comfort working sensitive or confidential informationLocation:
In Person - 5 days per week in the Santa Clara officeCompensation:
