This role is ideal for an individual who has a passion for human resources and wants to contribute to the success of our organization. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department and providing exceptional support to employees.
Duties:
  • Assist in the implementation of payroll systems, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee wages.
  • Assist with employee benefits, including open enrollment, plan administration, and communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining records, filing documents, and handling employee inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain HR-related documents, such as employee handbooks and company policies.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software applications, including Workday, Ceridian, and Kronos.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
