Job Description
Summerfield Post Acute Rehab is looking for an outgoing Human Resources/Payroll Assistant to join our team! Summerfield Post Acute Rehab is a preferred provider of

services in Santa Rosa, CA. We have a solid reputation in the community with a long history of success and we need the best of the best to join us on our pursuit of excellence. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrative Assistant to assist our Human Resources Director.Essential Functions:
- Assist with the recruitment and interviewing process, including scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings and welcoming potential applicants to our facility with a facility tour.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including coordinating orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork
- Assisting with processing payroll and correcting punches.
- Assist with Accounts Payable, processing and organizing invoices.
- Assist with employee relations issues by providing support and guidance to employees
- Assist with boosting employee culture, coordinating and planning employee celebrations
- Assist with HR projects as assigned We are looking for someone who is a multi-tasking super star who can work independently with little supervision, who's eager to learn and take on new challenges.

- Previous experience is preferred in an administrative role, preferably in a Human Resources or payroll department but we are willing to train the right person.
