Job Description
Overview Simple Pest Management is a locally owned pest control company based in Santee. We're a small, fast-paced team looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and helping keep the business running behind the scenes. This position is a mix of HR, operations, and administrative support. No two days are exactly the same—you might be processing payroll, coordinating product deliveries, helping with employee onboarding, working with vendors, assisting customer service, or handling projects for management. If you like variety and enjoy keeping things organized, this could be a great fit. Responsibilities Assist with payroll processing and commission tracking Coordinate product orders, inventory, and deliveries Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs Support hiring, onboarding, and employee paperwork Help maintain employee files and HR records Assist with workers' compensation claims and other HR-related tasks Monitor and organize incoming leads Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team when needed Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers Keep company records and reports organized and up to date Help management with special projects and day-to-day operations Pitch in wherever needed to help the office run smoothly Requirements At least 2 years of administrative or office experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to handle confidential information professionally Experience with payroll, HR, or operations is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person High school diploma or equivalent required Why You'll Love Working Here We're a small team, which means your work makes a real impact every day.
