Summary :
Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs. To define the standardized responsibilities and performance expectations for the Café Administrator role, ensuring accurate menu execution, reliable system functionality, inventory control, waste tracking, and administrative compliance across supported locations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure menu accuracy, consistency, and proper system functionality across all platforms. Maintain professional presentation and branding consistency. Ensure accurate processing, tracking, and reconciliation of gift cards. Support operational readiness and cost control. Support waste reduction, reporting accuracy, and compliance. Maintain documentation compliance and operational consistency. Maintain uninterrupted system functionality. Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, personnel, administrators and Supervisors. Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required. Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely. Demonstrate consistent attention to detail across all systems and reports. Complete all assigned duties accurately and on time. Proactively identify and resolve operational or system issues. Maintain clear, professional communication with management and team members. Performs other duties as assigned.Job Type:
