The Office & Human Resources Administrator's main responsibilities include general office duties, sorting emails, ordering supplies and uniforms, managing recruitment activities, hiring, onboarding paper work and paying invoices. The Office and Human Resources Administrator is also responsible for Payroll and new employee orientation including but not limited to keeping up to date all employees paperwork requirements, corrective actions, evaluations, maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leaves. The Office & Human Resources Administrator is also responsible for organizing and maintaining all business related documents. In addition to these duties, the Office & Human Resources Administrator will support the daily operations of the restaurant as needed which may include but not limited to serving guests. Excellent communication skills and a heart for serving others is essential and it is expected for the Office and Human Resources Administrator position. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Microsoft Office:
