Full Job Description Overview:
Overview - Directly responsible for monitoring phone calls and emails for our current workforce to ensure optimal staffing maintained throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
Receiving phone calls from associates who are unable to fulfill their scheduled shifts and communicate the absence to appropriate department. Cooridnate the covering shifts, left open due toassociate absences, by contacting associates who may be available to work and adding the shift to the schedule in UKG. Perform the day of timekeeping functions for all departments. Processing timecards, entering missing punches, comments, and paycodes. Maintaining the schedules on the day of, adjusting shifts, transferring of associate between locations, and solving scheulding issues. Communicate trends in guest demand, associate absences, and/or schedule changes to the Scheduling Team, for adjustments in future schedules. Coordinate the resolution of associate scheduling concerns, by directing the associate to the appropriate shceduler, leadership team, or resolving the concern themselves.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age. Must be able to work outside in variety of weather conditions. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Must have the ability to stand, sit and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to speak fluent English and must be able to communicate effectively, including the ability to read, speakd and write in English. Must possess good analytical and problem solving skills. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
