Summary As the Administrator of Leave of Absence (LOA) at Health, you will play a crucial role in managing absence programs across multiple locations. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire LOA process and ensuring compliance with Health policies and relevant laws. Provide expert consultation to both employees and management, guiding them from the initiation of a leave request to its resolution. Key responsibilities include managing LOA-related payroll, overseeing HRIS data, and developing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Required:
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in high-volume LOA administration with minimal supervision. Minimum 1 year of experience conducting formal interactive process meetings. Solid understanding of federal and state regulations affecting employee benefit programs, including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and ADA. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with HRIS systems and Kronos payroll systems.
Preferred:
Bachelor s Degree preferred HR Certification

In-depth knowledge of applicable state and federal laws, including FMLA, CFRA, PFL, ADA, and PDL. Proven ability to prioritize multiple LOA cases, ensuring accurate follow-up tracking and timely communication.
