Job Description

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Colorado for a 2-month long temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enthusiastic about supporting human resources functions within a dynamic and growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with daily operations. Manage and maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy. Coordinate and assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation scheduling. Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and employee handbooks. Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance. Schedule and organize meetings, interviews, and training sessions. Maintain and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, and sick leaves. Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely submission of payroll information. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR training or certification is a plus. Proven experience as an HR administrative assistant or relevant role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM, Monday
  • Friday Additional Details:
    $24
  • 28/hr; Background check required.
