Job Description

Nightingales Care at Home is seeking an organized, dependable, and people-focused Administrative & HR Supervisor to join our office leadership team. This role combines office administration, employee supervision, recruiting, and HR support in a fast-paced home care environment. This position participates in a shared after-hours on-call rotation. Compensation range is $20.00/hr. - $22.00/hr. based on experience, qualifications, skills, and overall background relevant to the position. Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and assist in onboarding new hires Support daily office operations by answering phones, greeting visitors, filling open shifts and assisting employees and clients. Participate in job fairs, and community recruiting events. Collaborate with the leadership team to support agency operations and provide exceptional customer service. Participate in on-call rotation, including occasional after-hours support Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Valid Drivers License and proof of current auto insurance Experience in office administration, human resources, healthcare, staffing, or a supervisory role preferred. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software Pay, Benefits & Perks Paid training and sick leave Holiday pay (office closed; on-call only) Annual bonus, plus on-call bonuses Health insurance & retirement plan with employer match Access to
