This role blends day-to-day administrative support with hands-on onboarding and new-hire coordination, so you'll be one of the first friendly faces our new team members interact with. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Handle phone calls, correspondence, and office supply management Organize and maintain physical and electronic files so documents are accurately labeled and easy to find Maintain inventory of office supplies for the office Assist with data entry and report generation, ensuring accuracy and completeness Greet guests with a smile and provide a proper check-in New Team Member Onboarding & Hiring Support Onboard new team members, including scheduling appointments and communicating next steps Support the hiring process Verify new-hire documents and ensure all required information is complete Communicate with restaurant leadership throughout the new-hire process Enter new hires into Restaurant365 and Toast Maintain accurate and organized onboarding files and electronic Team Member files Assist with payroll-related responsibilities and handle confidential employee information with discretion Qualifications Bilingual required (fluent in Spanish and English) Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred Experience with new-hire onboarding, hiring coordination, or payroll support a plus Familiarity with Restaurant365 and Toast a plus Proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretion Familiarity with hospitality industry practices a plus At Ramirez Hospitality Group, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace environment.
