Full-Time, 100% In-Office Imagine! is hiring an HR Administrative Coordinator to support our Human Resources team in Lafayette, Colorado. This is an entry-level Human Resources role for someone interested in learning recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration in a supportive, in-person environment. No prior HR experience required—training provided. Pay & Benefits (Colorado Pay Transparency)
Hourly Pay Range:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.

Assist with recruiting and hiring activities including job postings, candidate tracking, and interview scheduling. Support new hire onboarding, orientations, and employee paperwork. Maintain accurate employee records and enter updates in the HRIS. Prepare and distribute routine HR communications. Assist employees with basic HR and benefits questions. Support employee engagement activities and Culture Club events. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred. Prior administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred. Interest in starting a career in Human Resources or recruiting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced , in‑office environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Professional communication skills and customer‑service mindset.
