Human Resources Coordinator (Union Position) 12 months•40 hours per weekHOURLY WAGE
$29.85•$37.56 per hour depending on experience;Pay Group:
A DUTIES
The Human Resources Coordinator performs Human Resources administrative work of a complex, responsible and confidential nature, relating to the administration of employees' Medical and other Insurances and Enrollments, Workers' Compensation, FMLA leaves and fringe benefits.KEY FUNCTIONS
Coordinates employee benefits across the school district Coordinates Workers' Compensation claims and OSHA reports Coordinates FMLA, maternity and other leave programs Coordinates employee benefits across the school district Assists with Human Resources projects, including Open Enrollment Tracks, creates and maintains employee data, records, spreadsheets and benefit/medical filesQUALIFICATIONS
Human Resources experience with benefits and leaves administration required (prefer minimum of 3 years' experience) Excellent administrative assistant and secretarial skills with strong technology proficiency in Windows, Google and all associated applications; Advanced Excel and database skills desired (prior experience with iVisions a plus) Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills Self-starter, detail-oriented and collaborative Solid relationship-building skills including the ability to relate easily and work well with all levels of staff, vendors and the public Ability to prioritize responsibilities, multi-task and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree or the equivalent, and three years of progressively responsible Human Resources and/or employment confidential administrative/clerical experience; or equivalent combination of experience and trainingSTARTING DATE
