HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Salary:
$55,000–$75,000

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own full-cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication Coordinate interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant experience Act as the first point of contact for employee questions related to policies and procedures Help develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices Process payroll in partnership with the accounting team Administer benefits, including health plans, 401(k), and profit-sharing programs Support performance management and employee relations efforts Assist with HR initiatives, compliance, and internal programs
WHAT YOU BRING
2+ years of HR experience in a coordinator or generalist capacity Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a growing, evolving environment High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail #LI-DB2 #
