This Human Resources Coordinator role is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created, high-impact HR position with a stable and growing organization. Rather than inheriting outdated systems and processes, you'll help build and shape them from the ground up. Own full-cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication Coordinate interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant experience Act as the first point of contact for employee questions related to policies and procedures Help develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices Process payroll in partnership with the accounting team Administer benefits, including health plans, 401(k), and profit-sharing programs Support performance management and employee relations efforts Assist with HR initiatives, compliance, and internal programsWHAT YOU BRING
