Job Description
Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support a variety of human resources and administrative functions. This role will play a key part in onboarding, compliance, recruitment support, employee records management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and providing outstanding service to employees and stakeholders. Requirements Recruitment & Onboarding + Coordinate onboarding activities for certified staff. + Process and track background checks for new hires. + Create, post, and manage job advertisements across various recruiting platforms. + Support interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the hiring process. HR Administration + Assist with SEA Salary Reclassification and SEA Tuition Reimbursement processes. + Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. + Support HR reporting, audits, and documentation requirements. Employee Support & Compliance + Conduct Less Than Half Day Absence audits and maintain attendance-related records. + Partner with departments to ensure accurate processing of HR transactions and employee data. + Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support related to HR programs and processes. Administrative Support + Coordinate employee badge printing and access requests, working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors, including Alarm.com. + Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. + Support ongoing process improvement initiatives within the HR department.
