Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Greenwich Hospitality Group, a collection of luxury hotels and restaurants, is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external HR-related inquiries, providing timely and professional support. Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and preparing employment offers. Administer pre-employment processes, including background and drug screenings. Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. Conduct new hire orientations and maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, executing employee morale and engagement initiatives, including employee luncheons, quarterly celebrations, and other team-building events Organize quarterly employee luncheons and support recognition programs, including Employee of the Quarter and Employee of the Year awards. Prepare and submit weekly reports on HR activity, including hiring updates, and assist with ongoing HR projects as directed (e.g., employee surveys, feedback collection). Create and distribute a monthly newsletter to all properties, and share monthly employee birthdays and work anniversaries with property managers. Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR department as needed.
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
