Job Description Securemedy is seeking a professional, experienced, and highly reliable Flex Security Officer to join our elite Flex Officer Program. This team represents our top-performing officers, individuals trusted to adapt quickly, support diverse assignments, and upholds the highest levels of professionalism across multiple sites. Responsibilities Provide security coverage across multiple client sites Support urgent callouts, new account openings, and short-term events Conduct foot patrols, monitor access control, and enforce site procedures Maintain a strong, professional security presence Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and Securemedy leadership Adapt quickly to varying post orders and operational needs Deliver outstanding customer service in every assignment Requirement Three years security experienced Security licenses in multiple jurisdictions Ability to work across multiple locations and shifts Strong communication skills and reliability Consistent availability within agreed work windows Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 40 miles Ability to work 3-5 days per week , including varied shifts Physical ability to perform standard security duties Credentials High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License & clean driving record Current certifications/licenses (as applicable): DC Armed SPO, MD Guard License, MD Armed Permit VA DCJS Certification & Firearms Endorsement Handcuff, Baton, OC/Spray
