HR Administrative Assistant (in-office) Administrative Office - WASHINGTON, DC 20003 Apply Overview Salary Range $23.00 - $25.00 Hourly Apply HR Administrative Assistant (in office) About the Role At Compass Concierge, we do more than support operations; we create structure, consistency, and a strong foundation behind the scenes. As our HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in shaping the candidate and new hire experience while keeping our hiring and onboarding processes running smoothly. This is a part-time, in-office role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You will support recruitment efforts, assist with onboarding and orientation, and provide administrative support to both the HR team and Managing Partners. Why Join Compass Concierge? What You'll Do Support Hiring:
Conduct phone screens and first-round interviews, helping identify candidates who meet Compass standards for professionalism and service. Coordinate the
Process:
Schedule interviews, manage calendars for hiring managers and partners, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Prepare New Hires:
Assist with onboarding by coordinating documentation, initiating background checks, and ensuring all steps are completed in Paycom.
Facilitate Orientation:
Help prepare for and help conduct orientation sessions, ensuring new hires understand expectations and company standards.
Keep Things Organized:
Maintain accurate employee records, track onboarding progress, and support HR reporting and administrative workflows.
Support Leadership:
Provide administrative support to Managing Partners, including scheduling, coordination, and general operational tasks.
What You Bring Experience:
Prior experience in administrative support, HR, or recruiting is preferred. Experience conducting phone screens or coordinating interviews is a strong plus.
Organization:
You are highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks without letting things fall through the cracks.
Communication:
You communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, employees, and leadership and are comfortable with public speaking.
Judgment:
You can assess professionalism and represent the company well in candidate-facing interactions.
Tech Skills:
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR systems like Paycom or similar platforms.
Presence:
You maintain a professional, polished demeanor and handle sensitive information with discretion.
