The incumbent will respond to employee inquiries, oversee the calendar of events, maintain policies, prepare documentation, and perform various administrative functions. Provides day-to-day, professional Human Resource administrative support to our business units, local management, and employees. Focuses on providing high performance, high caring, and purpose-driven services for a diverse workforce to achieve the company's vision, mission, values, and strategic direction. What You'll Do Prepares and maintains general HR paperwork including employee files and employee documentation. Liaise with stakeholders as required to ensure paperwork and documentation is complete. Creation and maintenance of new hire and employee files. Performs administrative functions including but not limited to reporting and information gathering, used car program, and headcount data. Oversees and coordinates HR calendar and calendar of events, managing priorities, bookings and re-bookings. Provides administrative support for HR meetings and committees. Responds to general inquiries related to HR policies, programs, and procedures. Provides HR team with logistical and administrative support for HR programs and projects. Other duties and projects. What You Need High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience working in an administrative role in human resources Experience working in human resources information systems Pay $19.41--$23.29/hour Our company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer!
