Work Schedule Monday-Friday; first shift. Flexible schedule with overtime as needed. What's on the menu? (Key Responsibilities) Maintain health and wellness fund and benefits for union employees Maintain employee personnel and medical files Track and maintain temporary employee attendance, time, and payroll Coordinate engagement and community involvement activities (internal and external) Coordinate and is point of contact for health and wellness activities for the site. Generate and distribute company and site communications Maintain supply ordering for the site Manage meetings, reports, and data requests Manage and Support People Committee planning, execution, and implementation-including providing essential documentation for required KHMS Manage uniform ordering, recognition programs, purchase orders, and coordinating new hire packets and the 90 day experience Maintain Purchase Orders for Various Vendors Supporting HR and Plant Initiatives Supports Company Store Coordination Assist and train employees with benefit enrollment and HR systems Develop and maintain various HR tracking logs (i.e. retirements, celebrations, promotions) Maintain Employee store and HR lounge area products and supplies Support corporate and site initiatives Comply with company policies and procedures
Perform additional administrative and HR support tasks as assigned Recipe for Success — if this sounds like you! High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Proven team player with strong interpersonal and cross‑cultural skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Self‑directed with strong time‑management and ability to work independently Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, anticipate needs, and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; Workday or SAP experience a plus
