Position Summary:
Atlas Event Rental is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Assistant to support the daily functions of our HR department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting employees and organizational success. Key Responsibilities Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employee handbooks, forms, and reports. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidate progress. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they complete the required paperwork and receive necessary training. Prepare new hire documentation, benefits enrollment forms, and other necessary paperwork. Support benefits administration by helping employees with enrollment, changes, and inquiries about health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Maintain and update employee benefit information, ensuring accuracy. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, such as attendance, benefits, and company policies. Assist in scheduling meetings or training sessions for employees and department managers. Help facilitate communication between employees and HR for any concerns, questions, or grievances. Ensure employee files are complete and compliant with legal and company requirements. Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Support HR in preparing reports for audits, performance reviews, and other HR-related activities. Maintain records of employee participation in training and certifications Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the HR department and overall company operations.
