Position Summary:

Atlas Event Rental is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Assistant to support the daily functions of our HR department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting employees and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Support recruitment efforts, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes Prepare reports, letters, and other HR-related documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects Perform general administrative duties as needed
