HR Techogy Department:

HR technology Manager and HR Technology Analyst. Manager, HR Technology The Manager, HR Technology provides operational leadership and oversight for the University's human resources systems, ensuring stability, security, and optimization of technology platforms. This role executes the HR technology strategy, aligning systems and processes with business objectives while driving enhancements, integrations, and process efficiencies. The Manager partners closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver solutions that improve user experience, data integrity, and decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR technology experience required; at least 3 years in a supervisory role preferred. Workday experience required. HR Technology Analyst The HR Technology Analyst supports HR technology operations by documenting and where available configuring system features, maintaining data quality, and resolving system issues. Works on assigned projects under guidance from senior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR technology or HR operations experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise HR systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
