Onboarding Coordinator Summary:

Provides operational and functional support to the Onboarding Manager by assisting with day-to-day oversight of the Onboarding team. Responsibilities include designing, delivering, and overseeing training for new hires, as well as facilitating ongoing training and development for existing staff. Serves as the first point of escalation for onboarding-related questions and issues, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of customer service. Ensures data quality and integrity across onboarding processes through regular audits, issue remediation, and targeted retraining. Acts as a super user for Talent Acquisition systems and programs, providing advanced support, guidance, and training to team members. Identifies trends and training outcomes to recommend continuous process improvements to the Onboarding Manager and supports initiatives that enhance employee self-service capabilities. Exercises delegated authority to make start date and hire date changes within established guidelines and provides recommendations to leadership on non-standard situations or exceptions to policy.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience:

Minimum 1 year in advanced onboarding activities; Or at least 1 year in Talent Acquisition.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree In lieu of Bachelor's, a High School Diploma is acceptable with 3 years in onboarding with supervisory experience.
